We had Aquajet install our inground pool. They did an excellent job, very professional and there were no hidden fees or surprises. Deb was awesome and very patient with us through the whole process. Guy, the owner supervised the install and was really mindful of keeping the site clean. We recommend then if you're thinking of making the investment.

Not only have I had a good experience with the installation of the pool, they've been very responsive to my pools needs I have found them to be pleasant, conversational, answering my questions no matter how detailed, giving me appropriate written information as needed, and making sure that I understood what to do, as well as at the end of my interaction ask if there was anything else that I needed. Let me thoughtful suggestions to a pool owner.
I had a pool in a similar space about 20 years ago, just recently put the pool back and I found them to be consummate professionals.I would highly recommend them at this time, they've done right by me.

I have been an Aqua Jet customer for several years now. They installed an in-ground pool at my New Paltz house in June 2009, in what I consider record time (I was swimming in my new pool just 7 days after marking the outline in dirt!) It was a steel wall & vinyl liner pool, 8 feet at the deep end, Venetian style.After the success with the pool, I bought a Hot Springs Vista tub from Aqua Jet that October, and also a Loop-Loc mesh cover for the pool. AJP installed the bolt sleeves in my pavers around the pool deck for me too so I didn't have to drill through the bricks myself. Hot tub was an awesome investment...they even gave me a VIP discount card because I got both the pool and spa from them.Debbi also talked me into buying an electric pool heater the following year...smartest pool decision so far. Easily doubled my swimming season for just a couple bucks more. Aqua Jet does my closings and openings, and I usually try to be the first one open and last one closed. It is now 5 years since the first install and no issues at all. Great customer service, friendly staff, the service techs are lightning-fast and no nonsense. Guy and Andy are a trip to watch...they are like poetry in motion when they have a big job to get done. Debbi called in a warranty service on my heater and the tech showed up the NEXT DAY. Every time I show up with a water sample or a scary-looking photo of algae on my cell phone, any of the reps are quick to help and uber friendly to me. I hope this review is helpful, and that you have as pleasant an experience as I had while working with Aqua Jet Pools!

As of this summer I am a new pool owner! Woohoo finally got my dream pool. I went into Aqua-Jet early Spring to discuss pool details and prices. The people there were very helpful through the whole process. I looked at previously pools they've done, the installer came to my house and helped discussed the layout of the pool. He was extremely helpful. Customer service was excellent. The best part was watching the installation process and seeing my dream pool come to life. Thanks to Aqua-Jet my family has had a memorable summer. My kids can't wait until next year!

I would never go to another business for any pool or hot tub needs. Not only are the products top of the line, but the service is fantastic and the owners and staff are incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant individuals. The pool is open by the time it's time to start using it in the spring, and closed when you're tired of maintaining it and ready for the fall weather. I have referred countless people to Aqua Jet. I have heard nothing but compliments. Having known these individuals for over 15 years, I can honestly say that I trust them fully and appreciate all of their knowledge, expertise and how they conduct themselves on a daily basis. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We decided to get a heat pump for our in ground pool this year so we could start early and play longer! I have to say it was the best decision ever!!! The staff was so nice and accommodating!!! Purchased at a great price! Let me tell you that thing can crank out the heat if you need it to! Last year we were using another pool company and were spending $50-$100 weekly on chemicals!! With aqua jet our pool has never been so clear!! Thank you so much!

We are so happy with our experience with Aqua Jet. After meeting with several other pool companies, it was refreshing to work with a company that stands behind their word and provides honest service. The folks at Aqua Jet did what they said they would do and had our pool installed in one week. They went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. During a severe thunderstorm, Guy and his crew even came over to check on the pool to make sure everything was ok. And when the job was complete, Guy brought my 6 year old son several pool toys and floats to get him started. We are so appreciative of their kindness.
